Please join us for Molly and Norman’s last scheduled retreat before they begin their sabbatical of indeterminate duration. Endings and beginnings such as this are inevitable in our lives. They can give rise to various emotions, including excitement, loss, anxiety, and stress. The practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), partnered with the attitude of Metta (friendliness), offers a skillful and compassionate response to these changes as they show in both obvious and subtle ways.

Each day of this silent weeklong retreat will include a full schedule of sitting and walking meditation, instruction, guided meditation, and Dharma talk. Norman and Molly will be assisted by Donna Paige. There will be meetings with the teachers, as well as optional yoga sessions led by Sarah Kinsley. The retreat welcomes new and returning meditators.

The retreat is held at Loyola House, a dedicated retreat centre in Guelph, surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful landscape.
