The sessions are in English and include meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation practice and a Dharma talk and discussion. Everyone is welcome. The sessions are normally led by Steven Hick.

The group will focus on practicing insight meditation, cultivating awareness, love and compassion, giving rise to greater peace and happiness in the world. Combined with this will be an emphasis on social engagement in the world by providing opportunities for social change activism and community projects.

The group is dedicated to creating a space that welcomes all people regardless of cultural and religious background, race, socio-economic class, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, education, and physical ability.

It is not necessary to register for these drop-in sessions. Feel free to come without prior notification. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity to make a donation to support the teacher, since there is no fixed fee.
