In honour of Earth Month, we will gather to explore the twin energies of grief and love as vital resources for meeting our current reality. Rather than shutting down in the face of loss or overwhelm, we will practice opening to the sorrow we feel for the Earth while also nurturing the deep love that propels us toward collective healing. Through meditation and reflective sharing, we will learn to hold and transform these powerful emotions into compassionate action. By anchoring ourselves in both grief and love, we cultivate the resilience and clarity needed to remain fully present to the challenges of our world and to respond with engaged hearts. This session is open to all, with a sliding scale fee of $15–$20. |

When we truly understand that we are one with the Earth, reverence, receptivity, and reciprocity naturally emerge. We will practice with the elements, and then work with the six sense doors to practice being in right relationship with Mother Earth. |
